That's why you guys have breaks isn't? ? Need to focus in customer service a lot!!! No wonder why you guys are losing business . I go to many different stores from Gamestop, Even people there know me well as a repeat customer. . But really , what's wrong with you guys!! Still knowledge of what you are selling is the key for success! !
