  This is the WORST T-Mobile store I have ever stepped foot in. Rude employees that have no idea how their company operates. I came in with my note s8+ that I dropped in my driveway, I have jump and wanted an iPhone X. Ok. Employee tells me they can't accept it broken...understood. He gives me a repair place that they suggest. A $340 repair later I'm back at the store. Except the same employee says they can't take it because it doesn't look right ( I think I didn't look right to him), to add insult the manager wouldn't speak to me about it. Well 20 minutes later and onward to the next official retailer, they had zero issues taking it back and giving me an iPhone. Case in point. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION! Waste of time, awful employees and inept management. Google makes me give 1 star, they deserve none. Save your time, go to the Van Nuys T-Mobile, they are very pleasant people.
